Richard Grason, VI is a life-long resident of Maryland. Mr. Grason is a graduate of John Carroll School, Franklin & Marshall College and Villanova University School of Law. After passing the Maryland Bar examination in 2006, Mr. Grason clerked for the Honorable Lawrence R. Daniels in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Soon after, on January 1, 2008, Mr. Grason began as an associate at The Law Offices of T. Bruce Hanley, LLC. Four years later, on January 1, 2012 Mr. Hanley and Mr. Grason formed Hanley Grason & Klein, LLC.
Mr. Grason is admitted to the Maryland Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Grason has represented individuals and companies in a wide variety of family law, corporate, appellate and business litigation matters and has handled and tried matters at the Appellate, Circuit Court and District Court levels of Maryland State Court. Mr. Grason has tried and participated in multiple arbitration proceedings, as well. Mr. Grason has been appointed as a Special Magistrate by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
Mr. Grason is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and is actively involved in the Baltimore County Bar Association ("BCBA"). Regarding the BCBA, Mr. Grason is presently the President of the BCBA, and has served as a member of the Executive Council since 2017, the Chairman of the Bench-Bar Committee, Family Law Committee and the Advocate Committee (monthly membership newsletter). Mr. Grason has also been a Member of the Maryland Bar Foundation, is a Panel Member of the Peer Review Committee for the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission, and has been selected as a Super Lawyers – Rising Star for the State of Maryland each year from 2012 through 2020 and a Super Lawyer in the field of Family from 2021 through 2026. In 2019, Mr. Grason was selected by the Daily Record as a Very Important Professional - Successful Before 40. Mr. Grason is also a member of the Leadership Baltimore County class of 2020. In 2021 he was honored to be named a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Mr. Grason is married with four daughters, lives in northern Baltimore County and is a life-long Orioles and Ravens fan.

Sean B. Klein

Sean B. Klein is a life-long resident of Baltimore County, Maryland. Mr. Klein is a graduate of Loyola Blakefield, Loyola College in Maryland, and University of Baltimore School of Law, where he graduated as a member of the Heuisler Honor Society. After passing the Maryland Bar examination in 2013, Mr. Klein clerked for the Honorable Ruth A. Jakubowski in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Soon after, on September 1, 2014, Mr. Klein began as an associate at Hanley Grason & Klein, LLC. On October 1, 2021, Mr. Klein became a partner.
Mr. Klein is admitted to the Maryland Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Klein has handled a wide variety of family law, personal injury, corporate, appellate and business litigation matters and has handled and tried matters at the Appellate, Circuit Court and District Court levels of Maryland State Court. Mr. Klein is a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Klein has been selected as a Super Lawyers – Rising Star for the State of Maryland for 2019-2026. Mr. Klein has also been selected as a Maryland Power Players by The Daily Record for their 2025 Family Law Power List. Mr. Klein is active as a volunteer with Baltimore County 4-H and served as the President of the 2025 Board of Directors for the Baltimore County 4-H Club Fair Association, Inc.
Mr. Klein is married to his wonderful wife, Maria, who is a fellow University of Baltimore School of Law graduate. They have two (2) daughters and two (2) sons. Mr. Klein enjoys spending time with his family on their farm in Baltimore County raising chickens, pigs and cows.
Katherine L. Simon

Katherine L. Simon is a life-long resident of Baltimore County, Maryland. Ms. Simon is a graduate of the Institute of Notre Dame, the University of Baltimore, and the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, Ms. Simon was a Rule 19-220 student attorney in the Bronfein Family Law Clinic where she provided pro bono representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce and child custody proceedings. Ms. Simon also served as the Assistant Managing Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum in her final year of law school. After earning her Juris Doctor Degree, Ms. Simon clerked for the Honorable Andrew M. Battista in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Following her clerkship, Ms. Simon began as a law clerk at Hanley, Grason & Klein, LLC. In the spring of 2024, Ms. Simon was admitted to the Maryland Bar. Ms. Simon is experienced in family law and general civil litigation.
